At Vego Garden, we stand behind the durability and design of our modular garden beds and want to ensure your gardening journey is successful. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the modular panels and place all components, including hardware and protective edging, back into their original heavy-duty packaging.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver the package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
